1-1 Personal Training

A tailored approach to fast-track your progress

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. A one size fits all program does not exist, when you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes  so we can help you get the most out of your training and ensure maximum results.

If you want something a little different to group based training, or have very specific training goals, then 1-1 Personal Training may be for you.

Pricing: Our Gold & Platinum Memberships include 1-1 Personal Training Sessions each week or you can purchase them seperately for $85 for a 60min Session
