D8 JuniorGym (10-15YO)
For 10–15‑year‑olds who want to build confidence, coordination and strength in a safe, coached environment – whether they play sport or just need more movement. Start here if they:
- Are 10–15 years old
- Want to get stronger and move better
- Want more confidence in PE, play or sport
- Need a structured, positive place to train each week

D8 Athlete (15-20 YO)
For 15–20‑year‑old athletes who want to be stronger, faster and more robust for their sport, not just “fitter”. Start here if they:
- Play club or school sport and want a real performance edge
- Want to jump higher, run faster and hit harder
- Want to reduce silly, preventable injuries
- Are chasing higher squads or more game time

D8 Adult
For adults 30–60 who want to get stronger, leaner and more confident with proper strength training and simple nutrition – not another random bootcamp. Start here if you:
- Want to lose weight or gain muscle in a sustainable way

D8 ForeverStrength (60+)
For adults 60+ who want to stay strong, steady and independent with over‑60s‑only strength and balance training. Start here if you:

- Want to get stronger and move more easily
- Want to stay active, confident and independent
- Struggle with aches, stiffness or feeling unsteady
