We have developed these guidelines from our experience and working with hundreds of members who have achieved great results! Here are the D8 Guidelines for Success:

1) Workout at least 3 days per week.
2) Eat clean healthy meals 8 out of 10 meals.
3) Sleep 7 or more hours per night.
4) Drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water daily.
5) Do an hour of flexibility or mobility work throughout the week.
6) Listen or read something positive for 15 minutes every day.
7) Plan one fun thing to do every week to treat yourself.
8) Set a monthly fitness or nutrition goal to work toward.

The D8 guidelines are very doable even for the busiest of people. If your fitness and overall health are suffering, you are typically neglecting some of the D8 guidelines. Follow these guidelines, and you will see incredible improvements in your fitness and life! Take the D8 challenge; you will never regret it! Consistency always wins!!
